What will I get in my ZipBox?

 ZipBoxes contain a wide variety of useful products related to camping, hiking, survival and outdoor adventures. We always ensure that with every box we design, we include an amazing amount of value that is well beyond the price that you pay. We deal with all the biggest brands as well as some smaller emerging brands to deliver the best value possible.

 Sometimes we will build the boxes based on a specific theme, it can be great fun try and guess what might be in there.

 We love to include Australian Made products from time to time as well as some great gear customised exclusively for ZipBox customers. 

We work closely with a lot of related companies and wherever possible we like to include discount vouchers and coupons for things we think you might enjoy, these are always added completely FREE without affecting our minimum box values.

When will my boxes be delivered?

ZipBoxes are sent out around the middle of every month, you will recieve a dispatch notification and tracking number once your order has been sent. All orders placed after the 28th will be shipped the following month.

Can I order a previous ZipBox?

Our boxes are made to order every month and we do not sell past models, you will receive the next available ZipBox after you have placed your order.

I have heard some subscription boxes contain only sample products. Does this happen in the ZipBox?

This is not the case with the ZipBox. We ensure that every box design includes real useful products worth at least as much as the minimum value listed on the product page.

We may occasionally include some sample sized products from reputable brands which can be really useful in helping you decide if you want to adopt that kind of product in your kit, these are always carefully selected to ensure they add real value.

How do you pack so much value in?

 We have a variety of methods we use to pack in as much value as possible. This includes pre ordering large volumes of single products to secure great discounts and doing great deals with some of our favourite brands who love to get on board and give something back to the outdoors community.

Can I purchase the ZipBox as a gift for somebody else?

Yes absolutely, our products make a great gift that will ensure that you are the star of the show. Just tick the “Gift” box during checkout and enter the recipients details into the shipping address section.

Do I need to answer all the questions during checkout?

We ask a range of questions that allow us to tailor your ZipBox experience when we are including certain products that are available in different sizing styles & colours. Your answers will help ensure you get the most appropriate gear which is important as we are not able to exchange products.

When will i be charged?

Subscriptions are charged on the 28th of each month, after this date we are unable to cancel the next months subscription.

eg: You are charged on the 28th of March for the April box. If you cancel your subscription on the 29th of March then you will still receive the April box.

If you transaction is declined by your bank then you will be notified and 3 more attempts will be made to complete the transaction over 3 days.

Is it possible to get a refund?

We use our subscriber levels to forecast the amount of gear we need to order every month, this means that once your order has been placed and paid, we are unable to process any refunds.

What should I do if my address has changed?

You can log into your account and change the shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched please contact ASAP via phone or email and we will do our best to get it redirected. We take no responsibility for missing packages if you supply the wrong address.
